Update on Banning Sports in the USA

Another link in building the chain to lock out sports in America.

Weber Middle School students in Port Washington, Long Island.

In an effort to reduce injuries, the school banned footballs, baseballs, lacrosse balls and rowdy games of tag. Instead, children will be given foam Nerf balls to play with.

Barack Obama's Mother a Nude Pin Up Model? Another Look.

Here is another look at Ann Dunham as a possible nude pin up model.  The story was white washed by the New York Times saying the model was Marcy Moore but side by side photos show this can't be.  This is more about the New York Times deceit than a democrat President getting a pass.  After looking at the pictures go to (http://astuteblogger.blogspot.com/2011/04/nytimes-whitewashes-stanley-ann-dunham.html) for more.

Out of respect for the deceased Stanley Ann Dunham I have pulled the pictures.  My irritation still lingers at the NY Times and others deceit in the matter.

North, Central and South American Indian Cannibalism of Days Gone By.

Thanks to the eyewitness account provided by Hans Städen, a German sailor who was ship-wrecked on the coast of Brazil early in the sixteenth century, we have a vivid idea of how one group, the Tupinamba, combined ritual sacrifice with cannibalism.    On the day of the sacrifice the prisoner of war, trussed around the waist, was dragged into the plaza. He was surrounded by women who insulted and abused him, but he was allowed to give vent to his feelings by throwing fruits or broken pieces of pottery at them. Meanwhile old women painted black and red and wearing necklaces of human teeth brought out ornamented vases in which the victim's blood and entrails would be cooked. The ceremonial club that would be used to kill him was passed back and forth among the men in order to ‘acquire the power to catch a prisoner in the future.’ The actual executioner wore a long feather cloak and was followed by relatives singing and beating drums. The executioner and the prisoner derided each other. Enough liberty was allowed the prisoner so that he could dodge the blows, and sometimes a club was put in his hands for protecting himself without being able to strike back. When at last his skull was shattered, everyone ‘shouted and whistled.’ If the prisoner had been given a wife during his period of captivity, she was expected to shed tears over his body before joining in the feast that followed. Now the old women ‘rushed to drink the warm blood,’ and children dipped their hands into it. ‘Mothers would smear their nipples with blood so that even babies could have a taste of it.’ The body was cut into quarters and barbecued while ‘the old women who were the most eager for human flesh’ licked the grease dripping from the sticks that formed the grill.

Marvin Harris, Cannibals and Kings: The Origin of Cultures, Glasgow, 1978

The Iroquois, for example, are well known for their incessant warfare and their training of males to be immune to pain. They are also well known for their merciless treatment of prisoners of war. Captives were forced to run a gauntlet, their fingernails were pulled out and their limbs hacked off, and they were finally decapitated or roasted alive at the stake – after which their remains were consumed in cannibalistic feasts.
Marvin Harris, Cannibals and Kings: The Origin of Cultures, Glasgow, 1978, p. 69

Mexican anthropologists find evidence of cannibalistic tribe
A group of Mexican anthropologists have announced their discovery through skeletal studies that the early Xixime Indians, who around 1450 inhabited a series of dwellings built inside caves, ate human flesh during a ritual associated with war and the crop cycle.

The Amajuacas of the Ucayali, near the old Peruvian frontier, have been over and over again converted to Christianity, each time relapsing and murdering the evangelists. The Cashibos, also of the Ucayali, eat their aged parents, but perhaps more from religious sentiment than from cruelty. But religion certainly has nothing to do with their habit of imitating the cry of game, to decoy and then devour hunters in the forests.

Before their conversion, it was the practice of the Cocomas of the Hualaga, but now removed to the Ucayali, to eat their dead relations, and to swallow the ground-up bones in fermented drinks, on the plea that it was better to be inside a warm friend than buried in the cold earth. Worse things are related of the Tupinambas, and of the Tapuyas, and of the Botocudos.
A. H. Keane, FRGS, South America, London, 1909

"...He Presently saw a large number of them squatted about a fire, before which meat was roasting on sticks stuck in the ground; and approaching, he saw that it was the flesh of an Englishman, other parts of which were boiling in a kettle, while near by sat eight or ten of the prisoners, forced to see their comrade devoured. The horror stricken priest began to remonstrate, on which a young savage fiercely replied in broken French: "You have French taste, I have Indian. This is good meat for me."; and the feasters pressed him to share it."
-Montcalm and Wolfe  Francis Parkman

The Aztecs practiced ritualized cannibalism and it was considered a privilege for noble and warrior classes. The Wari of Peru practiced it, as well as the Anasazi of the SW desert. This was a highly controversial finding, because of native and revisionist politics but:
"Some members of the Hopi, Zuni, and other Pueblo Indian tribes, who consider themselves descendants of the Anasazi, reject these claims as misinterpretations and slurs on their ancestors, previously characterized as peaceful farmers who attained astonishing results in engineering, architecture and art. Last fall, a group of researchers added to the controversy by reporting biochemical evidence from an Anasazi site that appears to support the cannibalism hypothesis. They analyzed the fossilized remains of human excrement from a site containing butchered human bones and found evidence of myoglobin, a human enzyme that is found in muscle tissue but not in the digestive tract".

Fraudulent use of History by Man Made Global Warming/Climate Change Presenters.

Why are others rooted in History not upset and speaking out about the flagrantly fraudulent use of history in their Global Warming/Climate Change presentations?

One example, looking at historic temperatures in large mound shapes covering centuries while showing current information in up/down spikes covering decades.  Then saying, "oh look smooth sailing in the past".

Another would be the comparison of current high tech collection of temperatures with past unreliable temperatures.  They treat the historic numbers as reliable facts that support their claims of less than ½ of 1 degree change in average temperature.

The World of Historians should be Up in Arms Storming their Doors Demanding Proper Use instead of this Half-Truth that is Paramount to a Lie.

Boulder Colorado home of possible Mail In Ballot Voter Fraud shenanigans!

Boulder County Clerk Hillary Hall has refused to allow poll watchers to observe the entire signature-verification process

Ms. Hall had prevented poll-watchers from gaining “access to the necessary information to determine whether mail signatures that have already been called into question are in fact valid signatures.”

Marilyn Marks, who heads the Aspen-based election integrity group Citizen Center, said she was stunned by how quickly the Boulder clerk’s office is verifying ballot signatures, saying that they’re only spending a few seconds per ballot.

“They are approving ballots at a machine-gun fire rate, less than two seconds on each ballot,” Ms. Marks said. “They’re not being careful.”

Atheists Score Major Win In Federal Court - Opening Pandora's Box?

Thursday, October 30, Senior District Judge Ancer Haggerty issued a ruling on American Humanist Association v. United States, a case that was brought by the American Humanist Association (AHA) and Jason Holden.  “The court finds that Secular Humanism is a religion for Establishment Clause purposes,” the ruling read.

If this holds up they have opened Pandora's box for themselves and we should see the double edged sword swing.  All those religions they spend years getting out of schools now can take the same action against them.  Forcing the Secular Humanism out of the Public School system.  Should be an interesting battle to watch.

Major Problem for Ozone Hole Supporters - Lack of Historic Data

The first image has unreliable data.  NASA recognized a problem with technological differences and commissioned Ball Aerospace to develop bridge technology to try and accurately compare 1970's –80’s data to current data.  As of last time checked Ball was still unsuccessfully working on it.  Notice the similarity 1990-2009.

Here we have another set of Ozone hole images.  Time-series (1996 to 2012) of total polar ozone mean values over the months of September, October and November as measured by GOME, SCIAMACHY and GOME-2 .

See a cycle rather than a problem.  Appears to be getting to be more ozone layer.  This is all based on Dobson Units, which are measured by different means today than in the 1970’s-80's.  Ozone hole researchers depend on faulty data referring to it a fact.  The only reasonably reliable data is from the 1990’s on.

Colorado’s new mail in ballot only voting – Ripe For Fraud!

Colorado’s new voting method, mail in only, has a huge hole waiting for fraudulent votes.  Ballots are mailed out to registered voters known addresses.  Many voters move or take trips, such as seniors going south for the winter and more.  This leaves ballots sitting in mailboxes ready to be taken by whomever.  These whomever’s can then fill out the ballots as if the addressees and sending them in.  Rumor mill has it that it is rampant at Colorado State University by some lacking moral compasses.

Colorado State University in Fort Collins Colorado is already a controversy for voter fraud.  Allegedly last year students voted on campus then were transported to the Hilton Hotel polling place to vote again.  Cushman carts were waiting to take the students the mile trip.

Officials at Colorado State University seem afraid to help enforce state election laws allowing campaigning by democrat and liberal groups right at the polling stations ignoring the 100’ limits.

This leads one to wonder what is happening at the University of Colorado and Denver University?

Seems certain Powers love voter fraud as long as it benefits them.

A Preview of – Slavery is Man’s Sin through out the ages so why the abnormal focus on US slavery?

Almost all societies in history had slaves.  Asians held Asians, Middle Easterners’, South East Asians, European form lands bordering Asia.  Middle Easterners held those from Europe, Africa, Middle East, Far East- continuing after US abolished Slavery.  Europeans held slaves from all continents at one time or another.  North – Central – South American Indians held those from other tribes and later Whites, Blacks and Asians.  Their practice went on after the blacks were freed in the US.  Even today many countries still have slaves although outlawed.

Were the US slave owners more cruel than others?  NO.  On par with many and kinder than some.

Putting aside many of these slave holding societies, why do we not here of the cruel slave holdings of the American Indians.  Bloody and murderous as the white slave owners. Why are we not calling for reparations from the American Indians who raped their white women slaves or beat to death their white male slaves?  That rhetorical question does not deserve an answer just as the black reparations does not deserve the time of day.

Time to put slavery into 150-year-old history where it belongs.  The black community today has opportunity that the 1950 black could only dream of.  They need only grab it.  This is not to say bigotry is dead, it will always exist.  Bigotry is not solely white on black but black/white, black/asian, black/easterner, asian/white, asian/black, asian/easterner, white/asian, white easterner, etc.

Time to bring rationality and reality to the discussion.

One more time for those who still don't get it. Tolerance John F Kennedy

Pro Abortion Subdiffusion Argument - Womens Rights?

The argument for abortion in the US is all about a women's right to choose what to do with their bodies and abortion.  They choose to totally ignore the issue of when does life start.  If the unborn baby is alive then the doctor performing the abortion is committing murder and that would not fit their agenda.

The problem with abortion is "when does life start".  As of this time there is no one who can prove to anyone else, 100% certainty, when life begins.  In the US historically law is suppose to error in favor of the innocent.  How more innocent than an unborn baby unable to defend itself.  Thus if abortion is happening and we can not know when life starts then it is as likely as not we are murdering unborn babies.

Due to a selfish argument by a segment of society that speaks loud enough our legacy will be US doctors have murdered millions of US unborn baby citizens.

John F Kennedy Quote on Tolerance - Text

Tolerance implies no lack of commitment to one's own

beliefs.  Rather it condemns the oppression or

persecution of others.

John F. Kennedy

This means you do not give (stay committed) on your beliefs but you do not oppress or persecute their beliefs.

Update on Rising Ocean Levels due to Man Made Global Warming/Climate Change post

Well this is just a little poke as to my looking into the claim of man made climate change/global warming causing Oceans to rise.  The ice they skate on is getting thinner and thinner.  A look at the historic data is showing it to be very  unreliable culminating with a apples to oranges comparison being used.  This all will be covered in the end discussion.  Digging further & will update as I go.

Is University(College) Needed or is Alternative Training as Valid?

We have all heard the cry "if you don't get a college degree you will go nowhere in life".   In the 1970's colleges and universities started promoting the idea: college or poverty.  It grew and grew with the fall out being the decrease in tech, trade and business schools as well as a huge drop in journeyman programs.  The colleges and universities used the promotion to further their own gains by bolster their enrollments.  It has come to the point where some 25-30%(?) of the students there should not be.  They use school as putting off life or party time.  Some still trying to figure out what they want when they graduate.
Thankfully the pendulum has begun to swing.  Known figures like Mike Rowe from Dirtiest Jobs are speaking out calling for the need training we have let slip.  He tells of the jobs unfilled because skilled workers can't be found.
Before you force your kids or you decide your going to go to college be sure that is the direction that is appropriate for you or your kids.  Don't spin your wheels or let you children spin theirs.  Save that money and focus it towards a more productive path to the future.

Rising Ocean Levels - hmmmm Really???

Have been reading up on the rising ocean levels and the supposed connection with man made global warming.  Here I have found a new subject to dive in and do some real research on (nospoonfed).   My Bull Shit Detector which is usually very good is clanging so hard I can hardly hear!!  I have already thought of a number of things not being considered in these "Facts".  Yes folks- time to polk some huge holes in the Rising Ocean Levels (as they state it).  Just for the record I am not saying the oceans do not fluctuate.  So in the some what near future watch for a post on problems with the "Global Warming causing Ocean Levels Rising" (Chicken Little) Cry~!

The Constitution a Living Breathing Document, Why?

The constitution was written with each part having a meaning.  Those who voted on the constitution, whether they voted for or against, knew the meanings of each article and amendment.  There was great debate prior to voting, much of which was recorded.  By voting they agreed to accept the meanings.  The meanings were not to be changed.  They provided the avenue for change in the Amendment process and calling of a Constitutional Convention.
Supreme Court judges were not to change the meaning of the constitution when looking at laws rather apply the known definitions.  We all know there where some opposed to this or that but they accepted what was laid before them by participating in the vote for the constitution and amendments.  So, when one say’s “yes but so and so was opposed to that principle” that is not germane to the argument of constitutionality, by voting they accepted the intended meaning.
The reason the Constitution is a Living and Breathing Document is the Amendment Process and Constitutional Convention, NOT changing the meaning of words within the document!

One more time- Right and Left is not how politics works.

Politics in the US truly is not Right - Left. That is a hold over from 1789 France King Louis 16th days, a convenience of terms.  The enlightened sat on one side and the status quo sat on the other of the king.  The US Congress picked up the practice.  Politics is more like a star chart with ideas all over the place.  Each party grabs ideas here and there, with it changing person to person within the party.  Parties over lap in ideals, pulling ideas from the same places as well as other. I grab from the area where Libertarians, Constitutionalist, Conservatives, Republicans do.  Truth is Democrats, Green and Liberals pull from some of these same areas as Libertarians, Conservatives, Republicans and Constitutionalist.
The Right - Left denotation only gives ammunition to the 2 party system to fend off the rise of other parties and polarize the citizenry.  In recent years it has been very effective in reducing civil debate and finding common ground to govern.  The powers to be in the Democratic and Republican Parties spew out the same drivel that multi party systems are too inefficient to govern.

Just a reminder about Fact Checking!

Wikipedia and other Fact Checking sites such as Snopes.com should be carefully used only as a starting point.  Many if not all are wrong from time to time missing buried facts, statements or influenced by the writers biased views.  Always do your job and further research.  Do not be spoon-fed information and regurgitate what may be false or misleading.

US Presidential Vacations

Which President has taken more Vacations?

Which President has taken more vacation days?
WHO CARES!!
The complaint is look at all the vacation;
Democrats against Presidents Regan, Bush 1,
Bush 2, Republicans against Presidents Clinton
and Obama.  The Truth is the president is almost
never really on vacation.  He is constantly on the
job working on various aspects of the countries work.
The problem comes when they use poor judgment
In appearances portrayed by their vacations.
In that vein some in more recent years have been
more gratuitous in appearance and cost.
 Want a Target?
In reality vacations of The Presidency and Congress
differ substantially.  Congress taking Vacations
is a much more legitimate target for criticism as
Congress’s portion of the nations business ends
when they are on vacation.  Who knows maybe it’s
better when Congress is on Vacation?!?!

and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is
 afraid of its people."

The Truth About The Second Amendment

The 2nd Amendment:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the

right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Authored by James Madison and George Mason

Let us start with an important fact.  Those who participated in the amendment process argued the merits and agreed if they win or lose they would accept the outcome knowing they had 2 (only 2) legal remedies if it did not work; 1) the amendment process,  2) calling a Constitutional Convention.   They knew the meaning of the amendments that passed and accepted those meanings.    The meaning of the Second Amendment is that put forth by the writers James Madison and George Mason, along with the likes of Thomas Jefferson who had input and is are rather clear with example after example.

Critics of the Second Amendment and it’s scope make erroneous arguments.   First they claim, “the Amendment means less than what others say.  They argue “it only refers to those currently in the militia.”   This is clearly wrong as the writers and supporters spell out the meaning in the writings and written accounts of there argued defense of.  There is written documentation of the debates prior to the Congress passing the Amendment and then the amendment being ratified by the States explaining the Amendment.  To say we do not know what they intended is shear ignorance or misrepresentation.  Below you will find many examples.

Second they claim “like the 1st amendment there can be limitations put on it.”  The last 4 words of the Amendment, not in any other amendment, are extremely clear as it is not to be tampered with.  It gives no room to distinguish between a handgun, rifle, automatic weapon, canon, grenade, and more.  It fends off caveats being placed on it with those last 4 words “shall not be infringed.”  Unless the term infringed has changed (it has not) or we moved into a parallel universe where it means something else, opinion has it, any federal judge who has sided with gun control legislation has either wittingly or unwittingly committed some level of Treason against The United States Constitution as they have sworn to uphold the Constitution.  Federal Justices either twisted or out of ignorance or self-interest ignored those last 4 words.
The 2nd Amendment is not to be tampered with and to do so is Treason against the USA via the Constitution.

Below see some of the writings of those who at the time argued for the Second Amendment.

"I ask, Sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people. To disarm the people is
the best and most effectual way to enslave them."
George Mason Co-author of the Second Amendment
during Virginia's Convention to Ratify the Constitution, 1788

"A militia, when properly formed, are in fact the people themselves …"
Richard Henry Lee writing in Letters from the Federal Farmer to the Republic, Letter XVIII, May, 1788.

"The people are not to be disarmed of their weapons. They are left in full
posession of them." Zachariah Johnson
Elliot's Debates, vol. 3 "The Debates in the Several State Conventions on the
Adoption of the Federal Constitution."

"… the people are confirmed by the next article in their right to keep and bear
their private arms" Philadelphia Federal Gazette
June 18, 1789, Pg. 2, Col. 2 Article on the Bill of Rights

"And that the said Constitution be never construed to authorize Congress to
infringe the just liberty of the Press, or the rights of Conscience; or to prevent
the people of the United States, who are peaceable citizens, from keeping their own
arms; …" Samuel Adams quoted in the Philadelphia Independent Gazetteer, August 20, 1789, "Propositions submitted to the Convention of this State"
The Founding Fathers on Arms

"Firearms stand next in importance to the constitution itself. They are the
American people's liberty teeth and keystone under independence … from the hour the
Pilgrims landed to the present day, events, occurences and tendencies prove that to
ensure peace security and happiness, the rifle and pistol are equally indispensable
… the very atmosphere of firearms anywhere restrains evil interference — they
deserve a place of honor with all that's good."
George Washington First President of the United States

"The supposed quietude of a good man allures the ruffian; while on the other hand
arms, like laws, discourage and keep the invader and plunderer in awe, and preserve
order in the world as property. The same balance would be preserved were all the
world destitute of arms, for all would be alike; but since some will not, others
dare not lay them aside … Horrid mischief would ensue were the law-abiding deprived
of the use of them." Thomas Paine

"To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always
possess arms and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them."
Richard Henry Lee American Statesman, 1788

"The great object is that every man be armed." and "Everyone who is able may have a
gun." Patrick Henry American Patriot

"Are we at last brought to such humiliating and debasing degradation, that we
cannot be trusted with arms for our defense? Where is the difference between having
our arms in possession and under our direction and having them under the management
of Congress? If our defense be the real object of having those arms, in whose hands
can they be trusted with more propriety, or equal safety to us, as in our own
hands?" Patrick Henry American Patriot

"Those who hammer their guns into plowshares will plow for those who do not."
Thomas Jefferson Third President of the United States

"The constitutions of most of our States assert that all power is inherent in the
people; that … it is their right and duty to be at all times armed; … "
Thomas Jefferson letter to Justice John Cartwright, June 5, 1824. ME 16:45.
"The best we can help for concerning the people at large is that they be properly
armed." Alexander Hamilton The Federalist Papers at 184-8
The Founding Fathers on Maintaining Freedom

"The greatest danger to American freedom is a government that ignores the
Constitution." Thomas Jefferson Third President of the United States

"There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They
promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters. "
Noah Webster American Lexicographer

"The people never give up their liberties but under some delusion."
Edmund Burke British Statesman, 1784

"What country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time
to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance. Let them take arms."
Thomas Jefferson to James Madison

"They that give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve
neither liberty nor safety."
Ben Franklin American Statesman

"No Free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." (Thomas Jefferson, Proposal
Virginia Constitution, 1 T. Jefferson Papers, 334,[C.J.Boyd, Ed., 1950])

...to disarm the people - that was the best and most effectual way to enslave
them." (George Mason, 3 Elliot, Debates at 380)

"Americans have the right and advantage of being armed - unlike the citizens of
other countries whose governments are afraid to trust the people with arms." (James
Madison, The Federalist Papers #46 at 243-244)

"the ultimate authority ... resides in the people alone," (James Madison, author of
the Bill of Rights, in Federalist Paper #46.)

"As civil rulers, not having their duty to the people before them, may attempt to
tyrannize, and as the military forces which must be occasionally raised to defend

our country, might pervert their power to the injury of their fellow citizens, the
people are confirmed by the article in their right to keep and bear their private
arms." (Tench Coxe in `Remarks on the First Part of the Amendments to the Federal
Constitution' under the Pseudonym `A Pennsylvanian' in the Philadelphia Federal
Gazette, June 18, 1789 at 2 col. 1)

I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people, except for few public
officials." (George Mason, 3 Elliot, Debates at 425-426)

"The Constitution shall never be construed....to prevent the people of the United
States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms" (Samuel Adams,
Debates and Proceedings in the Convention of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,
86-87)

time to time that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take
arms....The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of
patriots and tyrants" (Thomas Jefferson in a letter to William S. Smith in 1787

(The American Colonies were) "all democratic governments, where the power is in the
hands of the people and where there is not the least difficulty or jealousy about
putting arms into the hands of every man in the country. (European countries should
not) be ignorant of the strength and the force of such a form of government and how
strenuously and almost wonderfully people living under one have sometimes exerted
themselves in defence of their rights and liberties and how fatally it has ended
with many a man and many a state who have entered into quarrels, wars and contests
with them." [George Mason, "Remarks on Annual Elections for the Fairfax Independent
Company" in The Papers of George Mason, 1725-1792,

Law Enforcement Officers- Evil or Just People?

“Law Enforcement Officers An Evil Necessity

This is not an attack on the individual men and women in law enforcement.
Law enforcement is needed in any structural society; otherwise the pillars would crumble from anarchy.  So you may ask “evil – why evil?”  Good question!

Individuals who are law enforcement agents are like any others in society some lean “good” and some “bad”.  The use of the term good / bad is in reference to applications in this situation.  All levels of society have those who are deemed good and those bad.

The position has almost unparalleled power one citizen over another.  It also has relatively little oversight as to its implementation due to the nature of the job.  In recent times oversight has inadvertently improved due to a vast increase of personal digital cameras, video cameras, and cell phone cameras used by private citizens and business security cameras.  Charges once leveled against law enforcement that would have been dismissed as sour grapes or revenge or excuse making are now verified with proof.
The problem has many layers, with 3 main problems.  The lesser of the 3 is the hardening of ones “soul” or “outlook” due to seeing the darker side on a regular basis.  This is more prevalent in the bigger urban areas.  Next, The job has a tendency to draw those in search of power or greed, much like to the other side of the issue “criminals”.  That has been documented in many academics studies.  The main problem, however, stems from Man himself.  Man today has the same base instincts and emotions as he had 1000 years ago and will have 1000 years from now.  That is, unless the Lord Jesus returns and reigns over the earth.   Greed, fear, jealousy, envy, inferiority, superiority, and more can and will surface at any time.  Some are better than others at suppressing these, while others just do not try.  They lead to physically abusing others, lying to achieve ones goals, ignoring the law while the thought “no one is looking”.  Some succumb often, some infrequently but all will at 1 time or another.  This is just the “Nature of Man”.

Understand, I believe there are many good people in law enforcement but even good people do bad things.

In the USA protection against Tyranny is fragile.

Some thing to keep in mind, devastating economic collapse is one of the events that can lead to the misuse of and or destruction of the mechanisms there to protect society from tyranny, then giving reign to tyranny.  There is talk of the mechanisms in place to prevent tyranny from happening in modern US society.  9/11, in reality, was a much smaller event than a economic collapse.  It brought about the chipping away at the Bill of Rights (some provisions of Patriot Act, NDAA, FISA), Ben Franklin ”Those Who Sacrifice Liberty For Security Deserve Neither.”  The last 20 years have been an assault on the “Bill of Rights”.  See provisions of: NDAA, Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), Patriot Act, Anti-Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996

Those who claim Climate Change/Global Warming is man made are causing trillions of dollars to be spent fighting against man’s contributions.  With all this capital being pulled from the people while causing hardships to businesses, stripping freedoms and liberties should we not be sure of our facts and conclusions?  Climate Change/Global Warming is not the question; there may be or maybe not, it’s a natural historic process. The concern is the studies leading to the conclusion that this is a man made problem.  Many studies use data that is highly suspect having many problems with how the data is collected, calculated, used and not used plus a distinct lack of historical knowledge.  Some of the problems are as follows.

1) James Hansen’s (father of Global Warming) work is flawed with his numbers not being hit and the conditions he predicted not existing, yet still Global Warmer’s hearken back to it.  His conclusions appear alarmist, lacking thorough thought and research.  Hansen supporters torture his numbers to prove him, and still no results, just speculation.  James Lovelock, father of the "Gaia" theory and Climate Change has reversed himself denouncing his earlier predictions.   Lovelock called his own work “Alarmist”.

2) The use of the term Green House effect is misleading.  A green house is only like the earths atmosphere as sunrays come in, warm, and some go back out.  A green house is 99+% terra based while the earth 70% water.  Green house has no winds while the earth has many levels of wind blowing to and fro.  Green house has 1 atmosphere with a constant air gasses composition and a constant from the glass cover.  Earth has 7 layers the thermosphere, exosphere, ionosphere, mesosphere, stratosphere, tropopause and troposphere with different compositions and interactions.  Their theoretical models neglect and/or ignore many phenomena in nature.  “Climate Changers” ignore Earth’s natural scrubbing of the atmosphere with chemical reactions, rains, winds, solar rays, gravity and counter chemical / physical reactions such as sulfur dioxide and dirt particles reflecting sunrays.

3) The United State in the late 1960’s thru the 80’s added stiff measures limiting pollutant output in industry and motor vehicles.  The average auto in 1968 put out 894 grams of the 4 major pollutants while in 2010 put out only 331 grams. Although I find these numbers suspect as they are 3.5 to 4 times higher than the weight of the fuel used and do not trust the methodology to calculate fuel to carbon dioxide weight.   We have lost an estimated 60% of our industrial base eliminating the vast majority of those pollutants through attrition, not to mention the rigid Government forced restrictions and cleaning processes.  Why is our contribution to climate change/global warming vastly exaggerated?  Of all the carbon dioxide in the atmospheres man contributes only 2 – 4% depending on which study you look at, with 96% - 98% naturally made.  That works out to .08ppm to .16ppm of man made green house gas out of 4ppm.  If man totally stopped polluting there would still be 3.84ppm to 3.92ppm.  One step further the US contribution is only .0152ppm to 0.034ppm which changes absolutely nothing if we totally stop emitting carbon dioxide.

4) Locations of collection have changed over the years leaving room for discrepancies; e.g., Denver Colorado has had several locations with significantly different weather over the years.   Temperatures at sea have been taken at different times, different locations.  Changes in conditions of locations where information is collected.
Urban areas such as cities have increased the terrain coverage with cement, stone, brick, and pavement at an expediential rate.  All of which retain and radiate more heat.  No subsequent historic comparison of desolate areas v. rural v. urban changes.
Numbers of reporting stations in the 1970’s was about 6000 and by 1990 there was a 63% decrease with a concentration of poorly placed stations.  In historic analysis one needs to have consistency in data collection and benchmarks or randomness kicks in skewing the results.  This evokes the old coined phrase “comparing apples to oranges”.

5) Methods of collection have changed.   Ocean water at one time was collected by bucket thrown over the rail and measured.  Now water is collected from sea vessels bilge water pumps and sea buoys.  My own questioning of seawater temperature converted to air temperature.  Temperature of the air can change so radically from 1 layer to the next plus winds can drive temperatures rapidly with the ocean water not having enough time to react.  Throw water turnover in for an added twist.  How valid is Water temperature relevance to air temperature?

6) Lack of real recognition of historic accounts for past centuries and the warming and cooling within those periods.  Past change periods: Holocene Warming 1(11,600-8,500bp), Egyptian Cooling (8,500-8,000bp), Holocene Warming 2(8,000-5,600bp), Akkadian Cooling (5,600-3,500AD), Minoan Warming (3,500-3,200bp), Bronze Age Cooling (3,200-2,500bp), Roman Warming (500BC-535AD), Dark Ages (535-900AD), Medieval Warming (900AD-1300 AD), Little Ice Age (1300AD-1850AD).  Critics claim change is happening without discussion of time frame differences past v. present.  They claim vast time frames for historic changes and discuss current changes in decade framing.  Changes within era / century framework are like a roller coaster run, not static, not straight up and not straight down, rather many ups and downs.  The change being discussed is currently in decade time framing.  It appears we have crested in a cycle going back 4 decades even with ever increasing mass pollution from Africa, the East and Far East.  We are still in the next era that started approximately 1850AD and will go on for some time.  Here are 2 charts from NASA and EPA often ignored because of their inconvenience to the argument for Global warming & Man Made Climate Change arguments.

7) In previous centuries fuel for millions of homes, tens of thousands of businesses and factories were all carbon base fuel pumping out mass quantities of carbon pollutants.  Winter skies were flooded with heavy carbon smoke, no filtration or scrubbing.   There was year around use of wood/coal for cooking, heating, and water heating by all.  1900 the earth had an estimated 1.6 billion people using coal, wood, petroleum, animal oils, and carbon vegetation plus animal waste as fuel.  Carbon pollutants also from slash and burn of fields, horrendous fires from wars and man’s accidental fires.  Historic numbers cited by Gregg Marland and Bob Andres (Oak Ridge National Laboratory) provided by (Marland, Boden, and Andres 2007), used by many for a historic look at carbon in the atmosphere, show a real lack of historic data.  They severely underestimate what was being released into the atmosphere during the years they chart.

Here is a photo from 1900 of one steel mill.  One city, 1857 Pittsburgh, factories were burning 880000 tons of coal per day or an est. 3229600 tons of carbon dioxide in the air with an annual yield of 1+ Billion tons with 6 day work week (many worked 7 days).  Wood fireplaces - stoves produced about 5+ tons of pollutants annually multiplied by the est. 16000000 1900(yr) households in the US = 80000000 + tons annually.  The Titanic burned some 825 tons of coal per day.  Pundits claim each ton produces 3.67 tons of carbon dioxide in the air, so by that the1ship spewed some 3028 tons of carbon dioxide per day.  On an annual basis that is approx. 945000 tons per year, per ship.  The Lusitanian (c. 1914) mentioned 1,100 of coal tons per day or 45 tons and hour.  The "Kaiser Wilhelm De Grosse (c. 1900) used 500 tons of coal per hour at 22.79 knots.  Cunard steamship America in 1849 was rated at 60 tons of coal per day at 10 knots. The Canada moving at 10 knots also used 60 tons of coal per day.   Union Pacific 4-8-8-4 "Big Boy" Locomotives consumed approx. 9.66 tons of coal per hour or near 40 tons per hour of gasses.  Start multiplying these numbers times the 10’s of 1000’s of ships, factories, steam locomotives and add other “man” burnings, the pundits numbers appear very light.  They erroneously assume a 100% conversion from coal to carbon dioxide (3.67 the weight of carbon dioxide v. carbon) going into the air ignoring the coal converted into heat energy, sulfur dioxide, Nitrogen oxide, Carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, ash, sludge, arsenic, lead, cadmium and others, plus Free O2 and H2O. Carbon content of coal ranges from 60-80%, see http://www.eia.gov/coal/production/quarterly/co2_article/co2.html .  This error only gets worse with other carbon fuels.  This is a major flaw in the green house gas theory.  Additionally, Marc Morano in “CO2 Nears 400 ppm – Relax! It’s Not Global Warming ‘End Times’ — But Only A ‘Big Yawn’ — Climate Depot Special Report” goes on to demonstrate ancient temperatures similar to ours with ppm of Carbon up to 20 times higher than current.

8) There is little discussion of the last 4-8 years reduction in severity of temperature patterns and the exaggeration of events such as tornados, hurricanes and floods.  Common phrases heard in weather reporting and discussions; the worst ever, never seen anything like it, unheard of.  These are exaggerated comments with out regard to actual historic events.  1 example Colorado 1/1/14-6/20/14 had 40 tornadoes with a yearly average of 53 but still the cry goes out “the worst years ever” “due to climate change”.  Many meteorologists are openly denouncing the Man made Climate Change scenario.

9) Studies seem to disregard solar flare fluctuation, variation in earth wobbling axis rotation, changes in inner earth magma flow, changing celestial effects and many more natural factors.  The sun is our external source of heat and has fluctuating radiant heat.
Magma is our internal source of heat, which also fluctuates as paths change and/or become more active.  The Chinese have long studied solar activity and when charted, world temperatures follow a similar line to solar activity or lack of such as Coronal holes.  Chart from Tattoo this: ‘It’s the Sun, stupid!’ By Willie Soon and William M. Briggs plotting solar activity with temperatures.
.

10) The Antarctic Ice Sheet breaking off into the ocean was a hallmark poster child for global warming but was that correct?  A study by various science organizations and chronicled on the Discovery channel came to the conclusion the Antarctica Ice Sheet was melting from below and sliding on 1/4 inch of water to the sea and breaking off, not melting from the top.  Their conclusion was the ice sheet was breaking off due to underground heating and not global warming.  Since then the climate changers have been blaming melting ice with out proof that it has not been going on for centuries.

11) The method that climate change/global warming claims vast support in the scientific community is skewed as the major study uses two criteria.  Stanford University took an approach that forces the conclusion top scientist do support man made climate change.  The university came to these conclusions by analyzing the number of research papers published "by more than 900 climate researchers" (out of 1000,s) and the number of times these researchers' works were cited by other scientists. The expertise was evaluated by citing the number of research papers written by scientists (with the minimum number for inclusion being 20).
Conclusions: Scientific expertise lacking among 'doubters' of climate change.  Problem here many scientists and researchers doubt man’s causing climate change not the existence of climate change.  Stanford researchers totally ignore many sources due to their micro vision; support of the back patting syndrome and fear amongst other scientist of being “Burnt at the Stake” as did scientist who believed the earth was round or the earth revolved around the sun or those who do not care to make the effort.  Continual reciting of material, in truth, does not make it so yet creates “common knowledge” which is often incorrect.  Erroneous information, rumors and ½ truths are recited time and time again but they are still erroneous information, rumors and ½ truths, just as bad science in 1 paper is still bad science in another.  An expert is not an expert because he is a prolific writer but rather what he knows and does.  Steve Wozniak, a true expert in his field, was not concerned with publishing and would have been excluded in a study in his field.  The claim of 97% of climate researchers support man made climate change is vastly exaggerated.
It is my belief climate runs in cycles changing with time for many reasons and man has temporarily changed weather locally but not globally.  Further I believe many of those who ballyhoo Global Warming/Climate
Change as a man made problem are mostly one or more of the following:

1)      Those who see or hear, are spoon-fed, the conclusion of studies filtered through the media or educational sources and never look to the internals or question the motives or just do not have time.
2)      Those that have not truly researched what the critics of Global Warming/Climate Change have to say.
3)      Self-serving profiteers that farm for capital and or power
4)      Investigators that are lazy or ignorant and do not look at what lay right before them and or practice sketchy science
5)      Ideological zealots blinded by their mission or so arrogant as to discount others.
Clean water and air with reasonable, rational efforts are desirable.  Supporting the wholesale raping of Man’s Wealth, Freedoms and Liberties without good clean science and rational conclusions is unacceptable.  Scientist, Politicians and Activist who Ballyhoo Climate Change/Global Warming, need to prove their science and conclusions properly addressing all of the above, and not just a portion here and there, as they now do, allowing for and even forcing their conclusions.  Avoid the temptation to hide behind catch phrases like “Limitations” and take an honest, wide approach to the study.  Historically speaking, there is no recorded history more than some 6000 years ago, so anything the science community concludes is a non-provable theory, a best guess. There are no witnesses or recorded event to use as verification.  Many known science conclusions have been disproved time and time again so beware of holding too tight as disproof looms around the corner.

Finally, reflect on 3 simple statements:
1st “The prospect of domination of the nation’s scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present - and is gravely to be regarded.” — Dwight Eisenhower, 1961 Farewell Address to the Nation.
2nd "The only thing more dangerous than ignorance is arrogance" Albert Einstein,
3rd the old adage “Follow the Money”
