Colorado’s new mail in ballot only voting – Ripe For Fraud!

Colorado’s new voting method, mail in only, has a huge hole waiting for fraudulent votes.  Ballots are mailed out to registered voters known addresses.  Many voters move or take trips, such as seniors going south for the winter and more.  This leaves ballots sitting in mailboxes ready to be taken by whomever.  These whomever’s can then fill out the ballots as if the addressees and sending them in.  Rumor mill has it that it is rampant at Colorado State University by some lacking moral compasses.

Colorado State University in Fort Collins Colorado is already a controversy for voter fraud.  Allegedly last year students voted on campus then were transported to the Hilton Hotel polling place to vote again.  Cushman carts were waiting to take the students the mile trip.

Officials at Colorado State University seem afraid to help enforce state election laws allowing campaigning by democrat and liberal groups right at the polling stations ignoring the 100’ limits.

This leads one to wonder what is happening at the University of Colorado and Denver University?

Seems certain Powers love voter fraud as long as it benefits them.

A Preview of – Slavery is Man’s Sin through out the ages so why the abnormal focus on US slavery?

Almost all societies in history had slaves.  Asians held Asians, Middle Easterners’, South East Asians, European form lands bordering Asia.  Middle Easterners held those from Europe, Africa, Middle East, Far East- continuing after US abolished Slavery.  Europeans held slaves from all continents at one time or another.  North – Central – South American Indians held those from other tribes and later Whites, Blacks and Asians.  Their practice went on after the blacks were freed in the US.  Even today many countries still have slaves although outlawed.

Were the US slave owners more cruel than others?  NO.  On par with many and kinder than some.

Putting aside many of these slave holding societies, why do we not here of the cruel slave holdings of the American Indians.  Bloody and murderous as the white slave owners. Why are we not calling for reparations from the American Indians who raped their white women slaves or beat to death their white male slaves?  That rhetorical question does not deserve an answer just as the black reparations does not deserve the time of day.

Time to put slavery into 150-year-old history where it belongs.  The black community today has opportunity that the 1950 black could only dream of.  They need only grab it.  This is not to say bigotry is dead, it will always exist.  Bigotry is not solely white on black but black/white, black/asian, black/easterner, asian/white, asian/black, asian/easterner, white/asian, white easterner, etc.

Time to bring rationality and reality to the discussion.

One more time for those who still don't get it. Tolerance John F Kennedy

Pro Abortion Subdiffusion Argument - Womens Rights?

The argument for abortion in the US is all about a women's right to choose what to do with their bodies and abortion.  They choose to totally ignore the issue of when does life start.  If the unborn baby is alive then the doctor performing the abortion is committing murder and that would not fit their agenda.

The problem with abortion is "when does life start".  As of this time there is no one who can prove to anyone else, 100% certainty, when life begins.  In the US historically law is suppose to error in favor of the innocent.  How more innocent than an unborn baby unable to defend itself.  Thus if abortion is happening and we can not know when life starts then it is as likely as not we are murdering unborn babies.

Due to a selfish argument by a segment of society that speaks loud enough our legacy will be US doctors have murdered millions of US unborn baby citizens.

John F Kennedy Quote on Tolerance - Text

Tolerance implies no lack of commitment to one's own

beliefs.  Rather it condemns the oppression or

persecution of others.

John F. Kennedy

This means you do not give (stay committed) on your beliefs but you do not oppress or persecute their beliefs.

Update on Rising Ocean Levels due to Man Made Global Warming/Climate Change post

Well this is just a little poke as to my looking into the claim of man made climate change/global warming causing Oceans to rise.  The ice they skate on is getting thinner and thinner.  A look at the historic data is showing it to be very  unreliable culminating with a apples to oranges comparison being used.  This all will be covered in the end discussion.  Digging further & will update as I go.

Is University(College) Needed or is Alternative Training as Valid?

We have all heard the cry "if you don't get a college degree you will go nowhere in life".   In the 1970's colleges and universities started promoting the idea: college or poverty.  It grew and grew with the fall out being the decrease in tech, trade and business schools as well as a huge drop in journeyman programs.  The colleges and universities used the promotion to further their own gains by bolster their enrollments.  It has come to the point where some 25-30%(?) of the students there should not be.  They use school as putting off life or party time.  Some still trying to figure out what they want when they graduate.
Thankfully the pendulum has begun to swing.  Known figures like Mike Rowe from Dirtiest Jobs are speaking out calling for the need training we have let slip.  He tells of the jobs unfilled because skilled workers can't be found.
Before you force your kids or you decide your going to go to college be sure that is the direction that is appropriate for you or your kids.  Don't spin your wheels or let you children spin theirs.  Save that money and focus it towards a more productive path to the future.

Rising Ocean Levels - hmmmm Really???

Have been reading up on the rising ocean levels and the supposed connection with man made global warming.  Here I have found a new subject to dive in and do some real research on (nospoonfed).   My Bull Shit Detector which is usually very good is clanging so hard I can hardly hear!!  I have already thought of a number of things not being considered in these "Facts".  Yes folks- time to polk some huge holes in the Rising Ocean Levels (as they state it).  Just for the record I am not saying the oceans do not fluctuate.  So in the some what near future watch for a post on problems with the "Global Warming causing Ocean Levels Rising" (Chicken Little) Cry~!

The Constitution a Living Breathing Document, Why?

The constitution was written with each part having a meaning.  Those who voted on the constitution, whether they voted for or against, knew the meanings of each article and amendment.  There was great debate prior to voting, much of which was recorded.  By voting they agreed to accept the meanings.  The meanings were not to be changed.  They provided the avenue for change in the Amendment process and calling of a Constitutional Convention.
Supreme Court judges were not to change the meaning of the constitution when looking at laws rather apply the known definitions.  We all know there where some opposed to this or that but they accepted what was laid before them by participating in the vote for the constitution and amendments.  So, when one say’s “yes but so and so was opposed to that principle” that is not germane to the argument of constitutionality, by voting they accepted the intended meaning.
The reason the Constitution is a Living and Breathing Document is the Amendment Process and Constitutional Convention, NOT changing the meaning of words within the document!

One more time- Right and Left is not how politics works.

Politics in the US truly is not Right - Left. That is a hold over from 1789 France King Louis 16th days, a convenience of terms.  The enlightened sat on one side and the status quo sat on the other of the king.  The US Congress picked up the practice.  Politics is more like a star chart with ideas all over the place.  Each party grabs ideas here and there, with it changing person to person within the party.  Parties over lap in ideals, pulling ideas from the same places as well as other. I grab from the area where Libertarians, Constitutionalist, Conservatives, Republicans do.  Truth is Democrats, Green and Liberals pull from some of these same areas as Libertarians, Conservatives, Republicans and Constitutionalist.
The Right - Left denotation only gives ammunition to the 2 party system to fend off the rise of other parties and polarize the citizenry.  In recent years it has been very effective in reducing civil debate and finding common ground to govern.  The powers to be in the Democratic and Republican Parties spew out the same drivel that multi party systems are too inefficient to govern.

Just a reminder about Fact Checking!

Wikipedia and other Fact Checking sites such as Snopes.com should be carefully used only as a starting point.  Many if not all are wrong from time to time missing buried facts, statements or influenced by the writers biased views.  Always do your job and further research.  Do not be spoon-fed information and regurgitate what may be false or misleading.

US Presidential Vacations

Which President has taken more Vacations?

Which President has taken more vacation days?
WHO CARES!!
The complaint is look at all the vacation;
Democrats against Presidents Regan, Bush 1,
Bush 2, Republicans against Presidents Clinton
and Obama.  The Truth is the president is almost
never really on vacation.  He is constantly on the
job working on various aspects of the countries work.
The problem comes when they use poor judgment
In appearances portrayed by their vacations.
In that vein some in more recent years have been
more gratuitous in appearance and cost.
 Want a Target?
In reality vacations of The Presidency and Congress
differ substantially.  Congress taking Vacations
is a much more legitimate target for criticism as
Congress’s portion of the nations business ends
when they are on vacation.  Who knows maybe it’s
better when Congress is on Vacation?!?!

John F Kennedy Entrust the American People

“We are not afraid to entrust the American people
with unpleasant facts, foreign ideas, alien
philosophies, and competitive values. For a nation
that is afraid to let its people judge the truth
and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is
 afraid of its people."

The Truth About The Second Amendment

The 2nd Amendment:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the

right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Authored by James Madison and George Mason

Let us start with an important fact.  Those who participated in the amendment process argued the merits and agreed if they win or lose they would accept the outcome knowing they had 2 (only 2) legal remedies if it did not work; 1) the amendment process,  2) calling a Constitutional Convention.   They knew the meaning of the amendments that passed and accepted those meanings.    The meaning of the Second Amendment is that put forth by the writers James Madison and George Mason, along with the likes of Thomas Jefferson who had input and is are rather clear with example after example.

Critics of the Second Amendment and it’s scope make erroneous arguments.   First they claim, “the Amendment means less than what others say.  They argue “it only refers to those currently in the militia.”   This is clearly wrong as the writers and supporters spell out the meaning in the writings and written accounts of there argued defense of.  There is written documentation of the debates prior to the Congress passing the Amendment and then the amendment being ratified by the States explaining the Amendment.  To say we do not know what they intended is shear ignorance or misrepresentation.  Below you will find many examples.

Second they claim “like the 1st amendment there can be limitations put on it.”  The last 4 words of the Amendment, not in any other amendment, are extremely clear as it is not to be tampered with.  It gives no room to distinguish between a handgun, rifle, automatic weapon, canon, grenade, and more.  It fends off caveats being placed on it with those last 4 words “shall not be infringed.”  Unless the term infringed has changed (it has not) or we moved into a parallel universe where it means something else, opinion has it, any federal judge who has sided with gun control legislation has either wittingly or unwittingly committed some level of Treason against The United States Constitution as they have sworn to uphold the Constitution.  Federal Justices either twisted or out of ignorance or self-interest ignored those last 4 words.
The 2nd Amendment is not to be tampered with and to do so is Treason against the USA via the Constitution.

Below see some of the writings of those who at the time argued for the Second Amendment.

"I ask, Sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people. To disarm the people is
the best and most effectual way to enslave them."
George Mason Co-author of the Second Amendment
during Virginia's Convention to Ratify the Constitution, 1788

"A militia, when properly formed, are in fact the people themselves …"
Richard Henry Lee writing in Letters from the Federal Farmer to the Republic, Letter XVIII, May, 1788.

"The people are not to be disarmed of their weapons. They are left in full
posession of them." Zachariah Johnson
Elliot's Debates, vol. 3 "The Debates in the Several State Conventions on the
Adoption of the Federal Constitution."

"… the people are confirmed by the next article in their right to keep and bear
their private arms" Philadelphia Federal Gazette
June 18, 1789, Pg. 2, Col. 2 Article on the Bill of Rights

"And that the said Constitution be never construed to authorize Congress to
infringe the just liberty of the Press, or the rights of Conscience; or to prevent
the people of the United States, who are peaceable citizens, from keeping their own
arms; …" Samuel Adams quoted in the Philadelphia Independent Gazetteer, August 20, 1789, "Propositions submitted to the Convention of this State"
The Founding Fathers on Arms

"Firearms stand next in importance to the constitution itself. They are the
American people's liberty teeth and keystone under independence … from the hour the
Pilgrims landed to the present day, events, occurences and tendencies prove that to
ensure peace security and happiness, the rifle and pistol are equally indispensable
… the very atmosphere of firearms anywhere restrains evil interference — they
deserve a place of honor with all that's good."
George Washington First President of the United States

"The supposed quietude of a good man allures the ruffian; while on the other hand
arms, like laws, discourage and keep the invader and plunderer in awe, and preserve
order in the world as property. The same balance would be preserved were all the
world destitute of arms, for all would be alike; but since some will not, others
dare not lay them aside … Horrid mischief would ensue were the law-abiding deprived
of the use of them." Thomas Paine

"To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always
possess arms and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them."
Richard Henry Lee American Statesman, 1788

"The great object is that every man be armed." and "Everyone who is able may have a
gun." Patrick Henry American Patriot

"Are we at last brought to such humiliating and debasing degradation, that we
cannot be trusted with arms for our defense? Where is the difference between having
our arms in possession and under our direction and having them under the management
of Congress? If our defense be the real object of having those arms, in whose hands
can they be trusted with more propriety, or equal safety to us, as in our own
hands?" Patrick Henry American Patriot

"Those who hammer their guns into plowshares will plow for those who do not."
Thomas Jefferson Third President of the United States

"The constitutions of most of our States assert that all power is inherent in the
people; that … it is their right and duty to be at all times armed; … "
Thomas Jefferson letter to Justice John Cartwright, June 5, 1824. ME 16:45.
"The best we can help for concerning the people at large is that they be properly
armed." Alexander Hamilton The Federalist Papers at 184-8
The Founding Fathers on Maintaining Freedom

"The greatest danger to American freedom is a government that ignores the
Constitution." Thomas Jefferson Third President of the United States

"There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They
promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters. "
Noah Webster American Lexicographer

"The people never give up their liberties but under some delusion."
Edmund Burke British Statesman, 1784

"What country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time
to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance. Let them take arms."
Thomas Jefferson to James Madison

"They that give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve
neither liberty nor safety."
Ben Franklin American Statesman

"No Free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." (Thomas Jefferson, Proposal
Virginia Constitution, 1 T. Jefferson Papers, 334,[C.J.Boyd, Ed., 1950])

...to disarm the people - that was the best and most effectual way to enslave
them." (George Mason, 3 Elliot, Debates at 380)

"Americans have the right and advantage of being armed - unlike the citizens of
other countries whose governments are afraid to trust the people with arms." (James
Madison, The Federalist Papers #46 at 243-244)

"the ultimate authority ... resides in the people alone," (James Madison, author of
the Bill of Rights, in Federalist Paper #46.)

"As civil rulers, not having their duty to the people before them, may attempt to
tyrannize, and as the military forces which must be occasionally raised to defend

our country, might pervert their power to the injury of their fellow citizens, the
people are confirmed by the article in their right to keep and bear their private
arms." (Tench Coxe in `Remarks on the First Part of the Amendments to the Federal
Constitution' under the Pseudonym `A Pennsylvanian' in the Philadelphia Federal
Gazette, June 18, 1789 at 2 col. 1)

I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people, except for few public
officials." (George Mason, 3 Elliot, Debates at 425-426)

"The Constitution shall never be construed....to prevent the people of the United
States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms" (Samuel Adams,
Debates and Proceedings in the Convention of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,
86-87)

To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of people always possess
arms, and be taught alike especially when young, how to use them." (Richard Henry
Lee, 1788

possession of them." (Zachariah Johnson, 3 Elliot, Debates at 646

infringe the just liberty of the press or the rights of conscience; or to prevent
the people of The United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own
arms..." (Samuel Adams, Debates and Proceedings in the Convention of the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, at 86-87 (Peirce & Hale, eds., Boston, 1850))

"And what country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not warned from
time to time that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take
arms....The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of
patriots and tyrants" (Thomas Jefferson in a letter to William S. Smith in 1787

(The American Colonies were) "all democratic governments, where the power is in the
hands of the people and where there is not the least difficulty or jealousy about
putting arms into the hands of every man in the country. (European countries should
not) be ignorant of the strength and the force of such a form of government and how
strenuously and almost wonderfully people living under one have sometimes exerted
themselves in defence of their rights and liberties and how fatally it has ended
with many a man and many a state who have entered into quarrels, wars and contests
with them." [George Mason, "Remarks on Annual Elections for the Fairfax Independent
Company" in The Papers of George Mason, 1725-1792,

****This last quote is a warning****

"This year will go down in history. For the first time, a civilized nation has full
gun registration. Our streets will be safer, our police more efficient, and the
world will follow our lead into the future!"

Law Enforcement Officers- Evil or Just People?

“Law Enforcement Officers An Evil Necessity

This is not an attack on the individual men and women in law enforcement.
Law enforcement is needed in any structural society; otherwise the pillars would crumble from anarchy.  So you may ask “evil – why evil?”  Good question!

Individuals who are law enforcement agents are like any others in society some lean “good” and some “bad”.  The use of the term good / bad is in reference to applications in this situation.  All levels of society have those who are deemed good and those bad.

The position has almost unparalleled power one citizen over another.  It also has relatively little oversight as to its implementation due to the nature of the job.  In recent times oversight has inadvertently improved due to a vast increase of personal digital cameras, video cameras, and cell phone cameras used by private citizens and business security cameras.  Charges once leveled against law enforcement that would have been dismissed as sour grapes or revenge or excuse making are now verified with proof.
The problem has many layers, with 3 main problems.  The lesser of the 3 is the hardening of ones “soul” or “outlook” due to seeing the darker side on a regular basis.  This is more prevalent in the bigger urban areas.  Next, The job has a tendency to draw those in search of power or greed, much like to the other side of the issue “criminals”.  That has been documented in many academics studies.  The main problem, however, stems from Man himself.  Man today has the same base instincts and emotions as he had 1000 years ago and will have 1000 years from now.  That is, unless the Lord Jesus returns and reigns over the earth.   Greed, fear, jealousy, envy, inferiority, superiority, and more can and will surface at any time.  Some are better than others at suppressing these, while others just do not try.  They lead to physically abusing others, lying to achieve ones goals, ignoring the law while the thought “no one is looking”.  Some succumb often, some infrequently but all will at 1 time or another.  This is just the “Nature of Man”.

Understand, I believe there are many good people in law enforcement but even good people do bad things.

In the USA protection against Tyranny is fragile.

Some thing to keep in mind, devastating economic collapse is one of the events that can lead to the misuse of and or destruction of the mechanisms there to protect society from tyranny, then giving reign to tyranny.  There is talk of the mechanisms in place to prevent tyranny from happening in modern US society.  9/11, in reality, was a much smaller event than a economic collapse.  It brought about the chipping away at the Bill of Rights (some provisions of Patriot Act, NDAA, FISA), Ben Franklin ”Those Who Sacrifice Liberty For Security Deserve Neither.”  The last 20 years have been an assault on the “Bill of Rights”.  See provisions of: NDAA, Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), Patriot Act, Anti-Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996
